What ages do you accept at IKare Montessori?General

We accept children from 3 months to 5 years old. Our programmes cover Infant Care (3 months–1 year), Toddler Programme (1–3 years), and Preschool Programme (3–5 years).

What is your admission process?Admissions

Parents complete an online application form, submit required documents (birth certificate, immunisation record, passport photo), and attend an assessment interview. Payment of the admission fee guarantees placement.

How much does the admission form cost?Fees

The admission form costs GHC 150. You can pay via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash or AirtelTigo) and download the form once your payment is verified.

What are the monthly school fees?Fees

School fees are GHC 800 per month. There is also a one-time admission & registration fee of GHC 1,500, and a learning materials/maintenance fee of GHC 400. Fees can be paid monthly or quarterly.

What curriculum do you follow?Curriculum

We blend the Montessori method with the Ghanaian and Cambridge curricula. Our five curriculum areas are: Practical Life, Language & Literacy, Sensorial, Numeracy & Arithmetic, and Creativity & Arts.

What are your school hours?General

Teachers are available from 6:30am. School officially starts at 8:00am and ends at 4:00pm. The latest pick-up time is 5:00pm. After-school care is available from 5:00pm–7:00pm.

What is your class size?Programmes

We maintain a maximum of 10 children per class to ensure individual attention and a high teacher-to-child ratio.
